Session redefined by Jeremy's kickoff ask: a colleague sent 5 improvement ideas → build an artifact breaking them into actionable requirements + high-level feasibility assessment for each. That is the session focus; the carried gate list below sits under it.
open.gismo + jwildfire.github.io; Gilead gsm.roadmap PR#151; hub #3 §7 credential retirement; LinkedIn postpr/69 preview was torn down when #69 merged). Resolve the #7 numbering (was reserved for "Anatomy of a Session"). Deliverable STAYS AN OUTLINE (Jeremy writes prose). Assets: draft + gif on branch draft/hep-explorer-composite-plot, blog PR #9; render script ~/.claude/jobs/ddd2bd7b/tmp/render_preview.py. (hub #22)
2. 4 open wrapup questions (unanswered — ask Jeremy):
- v1.4.0 milestone — create it + backfill sv#67/#68/#71/#73 for a clean release page?
- hub #36 phased status — QT Phase 1 is released, Phase 2 (#37) pending; I set the board to Development as a non-overclaiming default — Jeremy to finalize (e.g. "Released" for P1 with #37 tracking P2).
- Fable-5 attribution sweep — hub #36 + sv#68 still say "drafted by … Fable 5" (all bg work was actually Opus 4.8, see [[model-allocation-grant]]) — sweep them?
- View-selector rollout — promote the always-visible view-option button pattern (now on qt-explorer + hep-explorer) to the other renderers as a shared shell builder; needs a hub requirement if it becomes a priority (currently a scratchpad todo only).
3. Carried gates (agent-actionable):
- gsm.safety RC1 to the gate (hub #28) — verify gs#40 sync in gs PR #39 (re-check the safety.viz pin — now v1.4.0), close #40 → then purely Jeremy's merge+tag gate. Carried 4×+ — do first among the carries.
- Roadmap recon + evidence follow-ups (autonomy grant) — author a hep-explorer requirement matrix (evidence pages still degrade to IDs-only without one — the composite plot just added HEP-COMP rows); sv re-milestones + close shipped milestones; ae-explorer gallery PNG refresh; board hygiene.
- nepExplorer (hub #35) — gated on Jeremy's D1–D3 (demo data, phasing, animation); then Data Requirement + Design.
Proposed scaffold (needs Jeremy's nod, NOT applied): a safety.viz-release skill capturing the release flow done 5× by hand now (bump dev→ver + vendor dist → release PR dev→main → CI green → Jeremy clicks the protected-main merge (auto-mode classifier gates it) → tag via gh release create --target main → cleanup worktrees + ff local main → stamp draft → Requirements delivered: line). Notes reviewed on a rendered Chrome page first.
Standing Jeremy gates/decisions: og PR#1, oa PR#28, hub #24 close-out; drop stale dist/safety.viz-1.3.0 bundle from main (deletion); decisions hub #34 D1–D6, hub #18 Q1–Q4 (stalest), keynote K2–K4; obotclaw installs (open.gismo + jwildfire.github.io); Gilead gsm.roadmap PR#151; hub #3 §7 credential retirement; LinkedIn post; stale obot.roadmap/.claude/worktrees/24-design-doc worktree.
