Derivations and notes
- derive_adcm(): every CM column as published; ASTDT and AENDT only where the source states a full date; CMFL = Y on every record.
- SAFFL and TRT01A from the prepared ADSL by USUBJID.
- Reproduces every one of the 414 statistics the medication table published from the relabelled copy (TFL-PREP-018).
