• Continued gsm.safety PR #26 for the remaining safetyCharts widget workflows and examples.
  • Added AE Timelines, Hep Explorer, Nep Explorer, Paneled Outlier Explorer, Safety Delta Delta, Safety Histogram, Safety Outlier Explorer, Safety Results Over Time, and Safety Shift Plot workflow/example coverage.
  • Switched AE Explorer to the generic RenderSafetyChartsWidget() renderer.
  • Expanded synthetic lab example data and tuned Hep/Nep widget settings.
  • Updated pkgdown examples to show workflow YAML, collapse code by default, enlarge widget output, add example navigation, and use America/New_York timestamps.
  • Added a standalone-page Shiny global guard for safetyCharts JavaScript assumptions.
  • Updated canonical workflow templates after the template compliance check initially failed.

• Local browser-console inspection remains limited by current OpenClaw browser scope/sandbox restrictions; JavaScript fixes were based on static inspection and targeted jsdom reproduction rather than full live Chromium inspection.
• gsm.safety dependency strategy for safetyCharts/Tendril remotes versus vendoring/reimplementation is still open.
• Public diary/project publishing is now approved without pre-review, but the nightly job still needs validation over the next few runs.
• Private/sensitive context remains local and should not be published without explicit approval.
