Tuesday moved P004 from broad requirement harvesting toward repeatable qualification: safety-agent PR #4 now documents reviewed renderer requirements and testing workflow, and safety-histogram PR #2 proves a first unit/browser test-driver path with passing checks.

Work completed

• Opened and iterated safety-agent PR #4 to document the P004 renderer requirements and testing framework.
• Added reviewed requirement matrices for the staged P004 renderers, a requirements-harvesting workflow, and an agentic review path so raw wiki-derived requirements can be cleaned before Jeremy review.
• Captured Safety Histogram grill/review decisions and applied the answered decisions back into the public P004 documentation.
• Documented a P004 skills-library spike and added reusable test-driver, test-setup, and write-tests skills inside safety-agent.
• Opened safety-histogram PR #2 as a draft test-driver trial for Safety Histogram requirements.
• Added a Safety Histogram requirement fixture, unit assertions, Playwright browser requirement checks, and GitHub Actions jobs in the test-driver trial branch.
