The morning session (😺🤖 2026-07-11, job 08c20082) turned the obot
migration from a plan into a review queue: safety.agent is now obot.agent end to end —
renamed, audited against gsm.agent, designed with all four decisions resolved, decomposed
into five linked sub-issues, and implemented as three stacked draft PRs. In parallel, a
spawned ultraplan session (id c5b379fa) delivered the entire safety.viz v1.0 push:
binning fix, five new renderers, and the docs-site v1.0 rebuild, all as draft PRs. Both
safety.viz v1.0 and obot.agent v0.1.0-rc1 now wait only on @jwildfire's review.
Also resumed: the 😺🤖 voice and a new session-name template.
Work completed
obot.agent conversion (hub #17) — designed, decomposed, implemented to the review gate
PR #10 merged (@jwildfire
approval) — the obotclaw[bot] PR-authorship rule codified; then the rename executed
everywhere: GitHub repo (redirects live), local clone dir, SSH remote, workspace
CLAUDE.md; obotclaw app installation verified against the renamed repo with a minted
token.
Audit: every obot.agent artifact read against the gsm.agent harness. Headline:
near-zero true duplication — the AGENTS.md was already overlay-shaped; the real findings
were three contradictions (TDD gate, commit attribution, skill frontmatter) and one
supersession (the old test-agent app proposal vs the live obotclaw app).
Implemented as three stacked draft PRs, all obotclaw-authored:

push.
Hub side landed directly (standard-update grant): requirement-lifecycle skills
adopted from the archived obot-claw.github.io clone (66e758e; stale org refs, drafts
path, .md→.html design extension, and the phantom update-roadmap.yml trigger fixed
on adoption) — no workspace skill symlink points at an archived clone anymore.
safety.viz v1.0 push — delivered by the ultraplan session (c5b379fa)
Spawned from this session with the staged prompts
(PROMPTS_v1-push-session.md), ran as "safety-viz v1 ultraplan", done by early
afternoon. Its deliverables, all drafts awaiting review:

😺🤖 voice resumed (cat/robot — corrected from the first cat/computer guess) and the
session-name template adopted: 😺🤖 {YYYY-MM-DD} {n if > 1}, superseding
session init YYYY-MM-DD; recorded in memory, session-init skill text updated on the
PR #16 branch.
D2 attribution mechanics in force this session: obotclaw[bot] as git author plus
the agent Co-Authored-By trailer on every commit.
Review bandwidth is the only gate left: six draft PRs across two repos now
serialize through @jwildfire. Merge order matters twice: obot.agent #11 → #16 → #17
(stacked), and safety.viz #23 (binning) before #28/#22.
Hub #23's second half (session-skill removal + symlink repoint) must land after
obot.agent #16 — until then the session skills intentionally exist in both repos.
Ultraplan leftovers pending the v1 wrap: seven safety.viz worktrees (covered by the
merged⇒delete grant once PRs land) and a stray untracked .claude/ dir in the
safety.viz clone.
