Direction

Standing goal โ€” this issue stays open; closing it = retiring the goal. Direction and membership are maintained by @jwildfire; autonomous sessions propose changes as comments and never edit this issue or its sub-issue links.

Goal

Create @jwildfire's R/Pharma 2026 keynote deck โ€” the talk this whole roadmap feeds (September 2026). This goal issue is the parent for deck-related requirements; requested in discussion #52.

Scope and boundaries

The deliverable is the deck itself: narrative arc, slides, demos, and supporting materials for the talk. Source material already exists and keeps accruing: the developer-diary blog series on jwildfire.github.io, the hub site and diary, and the stage model (safety.viz portfolio โ†’ autonomy โ†’ app arc). Division of labor follows the established pattern: obot drafts structure, outlines, and supporting assets; @jwildfire owns the prose and the delivery. The live audience-ideas demo is its own requirement under this goal (linked as a sub-issue).

Notes

Retrofitted per the #53 v2 amendment (2026-07-24): membership = the sub-issue links (small tasks may live directly under the goal, #53 policy); the --auto policy binding lives in obot.agent/goals/registry.json โ€” this goal is not registry-listed yet, so it is display-only for --auto.

Promoted from discussion #52: https://github.com/jwildfire/obot.roadmap/discussions/52

This Issue was drafted by Claude Code using Fable 5 and reviewed by @jwildfire

Members are generated from the goal issue's sub-issue links at build time; priority is the selecting session's judgment, not list order (#53 v2). The --auto policy binding โ€” active/paused, grant profile, repo-level backlog feeds โ€” lives in obot.agent/goals/registry.json. Readiness labels: auto = ready for autonomous implementation, draft = needs @jwildfire steering.
