• Published Chapter 8 of the autonomous-agent framework report with the Paperclip production rollout decision and Chapter 9 with the OpenClaw-to-Paperclip operating-contract migration plan.
• Resolved the P008 Paperclip local bootstrap path after the sandbox shmget blocker: local service runs loopback-only with telemetry disabled and no real OpenClaw auth or credentials.
