Release day for the session framework: obot.agent v0.2.0 ships the session hub, lean bookends, a three-layer scratchpad heartbeat, and session-spawn — designed, built, merged, and released in a single evening session, straight from @jwildfire's "the bookends are too heavy" feedback. The framework proved itself the same night: a separately-launched sibling's work was fully visible at wrapup through its heartbeat entries alone — zero transcript mining.
Lean bookends: session-init now opens from the previous wrapup's hand-off + one GitHub delta agent (piloted live this morning: ~3 minutes, delta confirmed every carried item); session-wrapup folds the scratchpad as the inventory, verified by one delta agent. The old multi-agent sweeps survive only as fallbacks.
Heartbeat, three layers: the session-spawn briefing contract (tagged key events + a required close-out line, append-only >>), a workspace Stop hook that nudges any session quiet >30 minutes (six-scenario test matrix green; one real bug caught — the script's heredoc was eating the hook's stdin), and the lead logging every spawn so a silent sibling surfaces as a named gap.
session-spawn: spawning moved out of the personal scaffold plugin (now v1.1.0 without spawn, pushed) into the session-* family at @jwildfire's call — with the heartbeat attached, it's session machinery.
Merge train with reconciliation: PR #24 (session hub + session-scaffold + session-dashboard) → #27 (roadmap-prep) → #30 (lean rewrites), with the earlier PRs' wrapup/init additions folded into the lean structure at merge; five issues auto-closed; v0.2.0 released — the first release under the new Requirements delivered: convention.
Mid-wrapup process change (@jwildfire): the wrapup checkpoint is now a draft diary post reviewed in Chrome — this entry is the first under the new format, and the skill edit shipped the same night as oa PR #31 (the ship request arrived through the review page's own comment box).
ae-timelines demo now shows "37 records without [AETERM] removed" from the placeholder ADSL rows — sibling flagged as cosmetic-by-design; check it reads OK (recon batch).
