Release day for the blog: R/Pharma Diary #6 — "Obot v3: How I Used a Billion Tokens in a Weekend" is published, built the opposite way from #5 — the agent assembled the outline and verified every number against local session logs (the weekend really was 1.006B tokens ≈ $1,273 at API rates); @jwildfire wrote the prose. Along the way a /doctor health check trimmed ~2.1k tokens/session of dead config, and the keynote page now shows Part 6 live with a Part 7 teaser.

• The collaborative cycle: agent outline (redirected mid-flight when @jwildfire set a new standing preference — blog deliverables are outlines, not drafts) → @jwildfire's prose pass → agent TODO implementation → copy edit → release. TODO implementation drew on the weekend token audit (sibling job ebd3d719): 1.006B tokens / $1,273 API-equivalent (Fable 5 $971 · Opus 4.8 $299 · peak Saturday $662 · 97% cache reads), rendered as a 3-tile dashboard plus per-session token/$ costs on the session log. The hep-explorer example was corrected from 80M to 50M tokens/$55 after switching to the audit's dedupe method — transcripts repeat streamed usage lines.
• Content details: Paperclip correctly attributed as an app (paperclip.ing), not homegrown; fresh eDISH + clinical-guide side-by-side screenshots; keynote-series and post-#4/#5 cross-links; kramdown footnotes incl. the AI-collaboration note.
• Release mechanics: PR #8 marked ready and merged (69f0c91) after @jwildfire's sign-off; slug obot-v3-billion-tokens; keynote page Part 6 card + Part 7 "Anatomy of a Session" teaser; deploy live in ~10s.
• Two post-release fixes: the Pages builder's titles_from_headings plugin hijacked the title from a leading ### Opening heading (removed, 3f5ac02 — gotcha saved to memory; the local Jekyll build can't reproduce it); the weekend session log became collapsible details/summary blocks with an expand/collapse-all button (8326bae) to reclaim page real estate.
• Distribution: LinkedIn draft covering #5+#6, an SMS-length variant, and a fresh 1200×800 gallery screenshot delivered for @jwildfire to post.

🩺 /doctor — harness health check

• Install healthy (2.1.207 = latest). Applied with approval: stale Homebrew 2.1.104 duplicate removed; 3 plugins unused since March disabled (~2.1k est. tokens/session back); 2 legacy obot-v1 commands archived; defaultMode: auto set at user scope; one read-only allow rule (gh run list).

Hygiene

• Hub #22 body synced to reality (six posts published; the autonomy outline became #6; cross-post backlog still open).
• Memories updated: blog-outlines-not-drafts (new), blog-site-gotchas (new), keynote-plan, next-session-todo.
• Merged blog worktrees cleaned under the standing grant: draft/obot-v3-outline-update and the leftover blog-2026-07-12.

• Leftover obot.roadmap/.claude/worktrees/24-design-doc worktree — likely stale since the #24 design published; verify then clean next session.

Next session: loose ends

1. gsm.safety RC1 to the gate — verify the overnight #40 sync actually landed in PR #39, close #40; the PR then waits only on @jwildfire's merge+tag.
2. Roadmap recon batch — re-milestone sv #45–50/#53–55 off shipped v1.2.0 and close that milestone; close-out sign-offs hub #2/#3/#21; check hub #32 against the shipped clinical guide.
3. Post #7 outline ("Anatomy of a Session" — now publicly teased) + big.blog cross-post catch-up.
