The first overnight ultracode experiment: @jwildfire triggered
two β‘οΈπ€ stretch-goal jobs at bedtime and went to sleep; the orange lead
(πΊπ€ 07-12 2, job dad0affc) watched them run and had a morning digest ready.
Both landed clean in ~2ΒΌ hours (~1.4M tokens combined, zero intervention):
hep-explorer/eDISH ported to safety.viz as draft
PR #44 β the "coordinated
views" capability claim β and an open.gismo v1.0 plan + working Phase-0
prototype (PR #1 + a
deployed design report).
The morning wrapup turned @jwildfire's review notes into ten filed issues, a
stage move, and a new β‘οΈ convention.
Full eDISH port as one composed hepExplorer module β peak-vs-peak scatter,
editable Hy's-Law quadrants with live percentages, eDISHβmDISH and linear/log
toggles, timing-window hollow points, R-Ratio filter, and the coordinated
participant drill-down (visit-path overlay, lab-over-time chart, summary table,
linked listing). Draft PR #44:
+8,487/β32 across 41 files, 307 unit + 15 e2e tests, CI green,
Pages preview live.
Advances hub #30 on its
full-port scope. @jwildfire's morning read: "eDISH looks great!" β now the
high-priority lane.
Deep review + v1.0 plan deployed to the hub
(report
with walkthrough GIF, KRI site demo, judge-panel scores) and a working
Phase-0 prototype: og_init β og_validate β og_run (full gsm pipeline,
13 mappings β 25 metrics, ~20s local) β og_view, Reports tab, thin Shiny
shell. Draft PR #1 on a new
jwildfire/open.gismo fork (upstream Gilead untouched; fork created via API β
gh repo fork is SAML-blocked): +7,243/β69 across 103 files, 640 R tests,
CI green. Decisions D1βD6 pending β and D1's demotion of GitHub to an
optional publishing lane is disputed (see hub
#34).
Morning wrapup β @jwildfire's notes applied
eDISH follow-ups filed: deferred functionality as safety.viz
#45 (draggable cut-lines),
#46 (study-day animation),
#47 (marginal plots/rugs),
#48 (table sparklines),
#49 (EX track + P_ALT),
#50 (CSV downloads + LLOQ) β
all sub-issues of hub #30 under the new v1.3.0 milestone β plus
#51 collecting the
framework/tooling gaps the port surfaced (jsdoc import() types, the
Linux-only evidence bootstrap cycle, the docs:api/available coupling),
filed under hub #29's hardening lane and flagged for review.
New requirements filed: hub
#32 β hep-explorer user
guide WordβHTML as a v1.3 release companion (open decision: safety.viz vs a
safety.guide sibling) β and hub
#33 β legacy renderer
issue-migration research (HTML report of still-relevant feature requests +
quick wins; candidate for the next overnight β‘οΈ run).
open.gismo parked deliberately: hub
#34 (Backlog) schedules
the GitHub-role design discussion; D5's requirement filings stay gated on it.
Session infra: new convention β ultracode sessions tracked as
β‘οΈπ€ {description} (session-init skill updated, obot.agent 11ce0d7); the
overnight watch pattern (Monitor on job state, stall detection, morning digest)
proved out first try and is captured as the ultracode-overnight runbook memory.
Advanced: hub #30
Requirement Gathering β Development, milestone 2026q4 β 2026q3 (the port
jumped the original v1.2-first sequencing); obot.agent
#26 board stage set
(Development); PR #44 milestoned v1.3.0
Board: hub #32/#33 added at Requirement Gathering, #34 at Backlog
Blockers / risks
D1 dispute gates the whole open.gismo lane β no requirements filed, PR #1
stays draft until the hub #34 discussion lands.
PR #44 may show "action required" on its bot-authored evidence commit β
standard one-click CI approval.
The β‘οΈ jobs ran without pre-filed hub requirements (roadmap-first gate
skipped) and left local residue (safety.viz + open.gismo worktrees, two
reference clones); both lessons are codified in the runbook memory for the next
run. The obotclaw app is not installed on the new jwildfire/open.gismo
fork.
The hub's requirement-drafting skill is stale (4-section template,
P###/type: labels) β the live 5-section contract was followed instead; fix
queued.
Next session: loose ends
eDISH lane (HIGH): after PR #44 review β publish the hep-explorer.md
requirement matrix (coverage doc column is pending on it); guide-home decision
on hub #32; sub-issues #45β#50 ready to schedule.
Issue-migration research (hub #33): draft the Design section (sweep scope,
rubric, report format) + prep the β‘οΈ prompt for an overnight run.
Blog #5 (hub #22) β standing top priority, now with overnight-ultracode
material; draft staged.
Requirement designs: hub #28, #29, #31 (+ #32/#33 as they exit gathering).
