Three priorities at breakfast — move the goals into issues, fix the ideas flow, refresh the roadmap homepage — became three parallel plan-first siblings, three approved plans, and by ten at night three Released requirements. Along the way: the ideas queue swept to zero and rebuilt on a model that was released mid-session, the roadmap got a new front door, and the session-framework PR that makes all of this default behavior finally merged. The busiest day of the project so far, and almost none of it was typed by hand.

The kickoff list mapped the three named priorities straight onto requirements the morning triage run had itself promoted hours earlier — #53 Goal pages, #57 homepage refactor, #58 triage v2 — so each sibling started from a filed requirement, posted an implementation plan for @jwildfire, and waited. He approved all three (with amendments), and the plans became builds in place.
Work completed
Goals are issues now (#53, Released). Goal issues #78 (G1 charts) and #79 (G2 app) plus retrofits of sweep-born #72/#73; membership by sub-issue links, auto/draft labels, prose-only bodies (v2 same evening); /goals/ pages + goals.json on the site; oa#45 merged the registry + obot-auto/session-init read-path and retired the goals/*.md files — the --auto cutover to goal issues verified from a clean clone. #18's O2 formally superseded; the weekly goal review filed as #87.
The roadmap has a new homepage (#57, Released). The plan's first finding: the real target was roadmap.html, where 8 open requirements and unreleased work in 5 of 6 repos were invisible. Staged at roadmap-next.html, then flip approved: roadmap.html v2.1.0 — single column, four views (Live/Attention/Pulse/All), release-drift visible, repo filter, and a live session pill fed by a Stop-hook publisher (oa#44 merged; hooks versioned with an installer in oa#46, merged). Bonus archaeology: metrics/news had been silently mis-scoped to the renamed safety.agent for two weeks — fixed. The retired generator was deleted with explicit approval; hub#44 re-scoped to gh.dash only.
Ideas-triage v2 is live (#58 → Review, #61 Released). Unified plan approved with three amendments, then built on a branch: bias-to-promote policy file, context pack, 👀/👍/😕 reaction loop, cost footers, and a read-only dry lane. Mid-build, Claude Opus 5 shipped publicly and the orchestrator switched to it on @jwildfire's call (~half Fable's cost; "Fable = in-session deep dives only") — Stage A ran 14 calibration runs across both models with identical dispositions at −8% cost, Stage B verified live in a sandbox thread, PR#86 merged via obot-merge, Stage C trigger matrix green. #58 stays open at Review until the first real idea flows through v2.
The ideas queue hit zero. A Fable sweep sibling re-triaged everything the cautious v1 had only questioned: 7 for 7 promoted — #75 profile v2, #74 keynote live demo, #72 keynote-deck goal, #73 autonomy goal, #71 goals-as-issues, #76 app avatar, #77 dashboard chat — all boarded, discussions closed resolved.
The session framework went canon.oa#42 merged at day's end: every future spawn bridges to Remote Control, the lead self-pins in claude agents, session-inbox is a live skill, and the --auto wrapup (which posted this entry) is standard. The evening's pins/RC mystery traced exactly to this PR being unmerged — diagnosis, merge, local activation, done.
Midday, quietly: @jwildfire ran the maiden-run merge train himself — sv#108 → dev, oa#43 → main, sv#85 closed.
Wrapup sweep: board/milestones fixed (#58 Review, #61/#71 Released, #64 boarded), the pinned Ideas inbox #47 reopened after the sweep accidentally closed it, fixture-rot follow-up filed as sv#109, seven merged-PR worktrees verified and cleaned, allocation memory updated for Opus 5.

Blockers / risks
npm run requirements regen on safety.viz dev — the documented tail of the sv#108/oa#43 train — has no log line anywhere; unverified, carried as the first agent action.
Goal-board inconsistency: #72/#73 are on the project board, #78/#79 deliberately are not — needs one convention before the first #87 weekly review.
Sessions started before tonight's hook registration won't fire the session-state publisher until restarted, so the homepage pill can go stale-grey.
Three 2026-07-24 diary entries now carry the unreviewed marker.
