Eight overnight workstreams fanned out at bedtime; a checkbox review guide turned their output into a morning of one-click approvals; by midnight three releases were live, headlined by safety.viz v1.5.0 with participant-profile v2 folded in at cut time. @jwildfire ran his own Remote-Control lane in parallel all day — merging, superseding, and once out-racing this session on the same gap.

The review-guide flow. Hub#114 — a dependency-ordered checklist where each checkbox authorizes a mapped action, watched by the lead session and confirmed with ✅ comments. @jwildfire drove the whole day through it: matrix train (M1/M2), audit-view design gate (A0) and merge (A1), three release cuts (R1–R3), and the ad-hoc additions it absorbed along the way.

Audit v2. Morning redesign request → three interactive prototypes on the real 33-finding ledger → his D1–D7 decision record on #109 → the audit page rebuilt as the rail queue on hub#110 (per-click dispatch, run-status pills, token-less read-only mode) and merged. The train's hard parts. sv#112 predated three dev merges and needed a real conflict rebase (generated-artifact regeneration, a tracked node_modules symlink defused, canonical Linux baseline refresh — which also revealed that the two "failing" baselines were v2's headline behavior being exercised for the first time). The pre-cut polish PR (sv#115) lost a three-session race to his own sv#117 and was closed superseded; the matrix rows landed via sv#116 (19 rows, needs-review flags intact).

• sv#116's 19 matrix rows are merged but unreviewed spec (flagged needs-jeremy-review) — the requirement matrix now slightly leads its review.
• Demo-data gap: the 24 crafted Hy's-Law participants carry no AEs, so profile v2's headline feature demos empty exactly where eDISH steers you (#119-adjacent; stated on the demo page).
• Board stages deliberately stale for the newly closed requirements — left as live demo data for the audit pilot.
